Late Arrivals
PIERCING - We ask all Clients to arrive 5 – 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to sign waiver forms, pick out your jewelry, and discuss placements. Arriving late may not leave your piercer with enough time to complete your appointment before their next scheduled client. This may result in us needing to delay your appointment until the next available timeslot that day.
TATTOOS – Clients should arrive 5 – 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to sign waiver forms, and go over your design. Arriving late may result in our artists not having enough time to finish your tattoo before their next appointment, and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, while forfeiting your deposit in more serious cases.
Rescheduling a Piercing Appointment
Please cancel or reschedule your piercing appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled date and time or you may be subject to a $20 cancelation fee.
Rescheduling a Tattoo Appointment
To reschedule a tattoo appointment please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to call, email or inform us prior, or not showing up altogether will result in forfeiting your deposit and a new deposit would be required to book in once more.
Tattoo Deposits
A Tattoo deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and is required to book in ahead of time for your tattoo. This deposit is required to secure your appointment with your artist, and will be deducted from the cost of the final session of your tattoo. This deposit is forfeited by the client if they do not show up for their appointment or if they do not provide at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule, with no exceptions. If a client loses their deposit and would like to rebook, a new deposit would be required for any future sessions.
Tattoo Touch Up Policy
Our artists will provide free touch ups on most healed tattoos, so long as they are booked within a certain timeframe. Each Artist has their own Touch Up Policy, so be sure to ask them ahead of time to avoid any confusion.
Please Note: We do NOT offer free touch ups on hands, fingers, feet, elbows, or faces, as those areas are prone to fading, even with the most experienced of artists. Free touch-ups may also be excluded if the client damages their healing tattoo due to improper aftercare routines.

Our studio is more than happy to provide Walk-in services for both piercings and tattoos, and clients will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note, our Piercers/Tattoo Artists will always prioritize appointments first, so it’s always best to call in ahead of time, or book an appointment to avoid wait times.
